The RKI Series 03 Single Gas Monitors combine excellent protection with low cost and a great warranty! For protection in hazardous areas without having to rely on larger gas monitors, choose a RKI 03 Single Gas Monitor. These compact single gas dectors weigh 2.8 ounces and provide protection at an affordable price. The RKI 03 Series is available in 4 models - GP-03, OX-03, CO-03, and HS-03. They are designed to monitor hydrocarbons, oxygen deficiency, carbon monoxide or hydrogen sulfide.
Designed to operatate effeciently, the CO, O2 and H2S versions can run continuously for 3000 hours on 2 AAA size alkaline batteries. The GP-03 operates for 35 hours on alkaline and 30 hours on rechargeable Ni-MH. The sensors have a life expectancy of 2 years. Plus, they are inexpensive, easily replaced in the field and are interchangeable with other RKI monitors, such as the GX-2001, GX-2003, and GasWatch 2.
Classified as intrinsically safe, all 03 Series monitors are safe for use in hazardous locations. Built for rugged wear and realability, these single gas meters are dust, water and impact resistant. Equipped with audible, visual and vibration alarms, the O3 Series also has two preset alarms that are user adjustable.
