Vegeta Final Shine Attack
Final Flash (ファイナルフラッシュ, fainaru furasshu) is one of Vegeta's signature moves (together with Galick Gun and Big Bang Attack), and supposedly the most powerful.
In order to make the attack, Vegeta draws his hands back, gathering all of his Ki, and thrusts his palms forward, discharging a massive beam of energy towards his opponent.
Vegeta is one of the main protagonists of the Dragon Ball series. He appeared in the 12th episode of Death Battle, Vegeta VS Shadow, where he fought against Shadow the Hedgehog from the Sonic the Hedgehog series. He was voiced by Nick Landis (Lanipator). Vegeta also unofficially made an.
Vegeta first uses this move against Recoome, although at this point the attack is unnamed, and the charge time is significantly shorter, resulting in a weaker attack. The posing for the attack is nearly identical Vegeta's Final Flash as a Super Saiyan, where the only difference is that Vegeta's fingers are splayed straight out when he thrusts his hands forward instead of being bent forward. Recoome's armor is mostly obliterated by the blast, though he emerges from the dust undamaged, and even striking a pose.
It is not until Vegeta uses this move during his fight with Perfect Cell, that he dubs the attack the Final Flash. Though Cell was significantly more powerful, the sheer amount of energy that Vegeta put into the attack, reflected by significant charge time, nearly obliterated the overconfident Cell, as well as the entire Earth. Sensing the danger only at the last second, Cell attempted to dodge the beam as the destructive energy disintegrated the ground on which he stood and continued off into deep space. When the dust cleared, Cell had lost half of his upper torso. Despite this, and his surprise, he was able to regenerate himself and continue the fight.
In the anime, but not in the manga, Vegeta uses this move against the Cell Jr. he is fighting against, but the attack is easily dispatched. In this instance Vegeta spent only a few seconds charging up the attack rather than the several minutes used in its debut (presumably due to the desperate situation at hand), which could explain why the Cell Jr. was able to effortlessly deflect an attack that Perfect Cell himself was previously vulnerable to. He later uses it against Goku as Majin Vegeta (the attack name is heard, but not seen, as he placed the fingers of his hands upward instead of the heels of his hands to each other) and then later against a swarm of Buus while buying time for Goku to charge his Spirit Bomb.
It should be noted that in the anime the attack's color matches Vegeta's default aura (but this is not true in the Playdia Game 'DBZ Gaiden' where (Super Saiyan) Vegeta Shoots a Blue Final Flash. Vegito also combines this move to make the Final Kamehameha.
This move is often seen in Vegeta's repertoire in the Dragon Ball Z video games, often as one of his strongest attacks, if not the very strongest. It also comes in a blue color like the Kamehameha in Final Bout.
Final Shine
Final Shine appears to be the next form of the Final Flash, developed by Vegeta in Dragon Ball GT. It is like Final Flash in that he pulls his hand back before throwing it forward and firing a deadly, powerful blast, only with this attack, he uses one hand. When he fires it, a huge widening blast of green energy is shot at the enemy. Although the attack charges rather quickly, it seems to possess a great deal of power regardless. However, he rarely used the attack, and it was often to no avail.

As Kanba flew down to the ring he ask the referee to wait a minute so that he can do some stretches for a minute which the referee allowed.
'So I'm guessing that you can't transform into a Super Saiyan as well' Vegeta ask sounding annoyed.
'Actually I can but i have never seen that blue variation of yours before' Kanba said finished stretching.
'BEGIN!' the referee shouted.
However the moment the referee shouted begin Kanba immediately began powering up to the full power of his base form which everyone were shocked by how much power that Kanba possessed.
'He's energy is incredible and he hasn't even transform yet' Goku said sounding excited.
'His power is so high, i can't sense a limit to it' Vegeta thought in shock.
'How can a Saiyan possess that much power' Tarble said in shock.
'So let's begin this then shall we' Kanba said with a excited grin.

Kanba suddenly disappeared and appeared in front of Vegeta, causing the other Saiyan eyes widened in surprise at the level of speed and Kanba then kneed Vegeta right in his chest sending him flying backwards fast.
'I didn't even see him move' Vegeta thought in pain.
Skidding back across the ground, Vegeta gritted his teeth angrily as he stopped his flight, as Vegeta picked himself back up he gave a angrily growl as he flew straight for Kanba at top speed, pushing all his speed enough to vanish in a loud boom however Kanba did not look the least bit worry as his eyes quickly move from left to right, as he was able to keep track of the other Saiyan's movement and followed his Ki. (Vegeta isn't using God Ki yet so Kanba can still sense Vegeta's Ki)
But as Vegeta try to hit Kanba from behind but Kanba without even looking back hand Vegeta in the nose and then he spin around and kick Vegeta in his stomach which send him flying away again.
'Come on father' Vegeta's son Trunks said.
'Vegeta what's going on you haven't even hit him once yet' Vegeta's wife Bulma said.
'Damnit how can I not even lay a finger on this guy?' Vegeta thought curiously curiously and angrily.
'This is getting boring so why don't you go into your blue transformation already' Kanba said angering Vegeta even more.
'Hmph let's see if you can handle this form before I transform into that' Vegeta said as he transform into a full powered Super Saiyan.
'That level of transformation won't help you' said Kanba.
'Let's just see about that' Vegeta said before he changed straight at Kanba in high speeds and when he was close enough he try to punch Kanba in the face but Kanba easily caught it and Vegeta's other fist when try to hit him again and both Kanba and Vegeta try to push the other Saiyan and as both Saiyan's use their power to overcome the other the ground beneath them begin to break apart.
'Holy crap, this guy is absurdly strong' Vegeta thought as he struggled against Kanba's overwhelming power who began to push Vegeta back.
'DAMNIT!' Vegeta shouted angrily and he transformed into a ascended Super Saiyan or otherwise known as a Super Saiyan Two and then he knee Kanba directly in his stomach however Kanba didn't even flinched from it.
'I landed a direct hit on him but it did absolutely nothing!' Vegeta thought in shock.
'Right back at you' Kanba said before he knee Vegeta directly in his stomach causing him to grasp shock and cough up some blood.
'I.. Impossible..' Vegeta thought as he struggle in pain and before he could do anything Kanba punch him in the face sending him flying away.
'This is getting boring so transform into that blue form of yours already' said Kanba.
'DO NOT UNDERESTIMATE ME!' Vegeta shouted as he transform into Super Saiyan Blue a form that combines the power of Super Saiyan God with the first Super Saiyan form.
'Maybe I should transform as well' Kanba said which made everyone curious of what transformation was Kanba going to do.
Kanba then began to powering up and his dark eye's turn yellow, he gained a green aura with a yellow bio-electricity and he became slightly more muscular than before. (It's Broly's Wrathful form or Rage mode form but his hair hasn't gone into the Super Saiyan-like just yet)
'WHAT THE?!' Vegeta and Goku yelled at the same time.
'He doesn't look that different from his base form but his power is incredible!' Goku said amazed
'Oh my to think we'll be seeing one of those Saiyan's in this tournament' said Whis.
'WHIS EXPLAIN WHAT THIS IS RIGHT NOW!' Beerus demanded.
'It's rather simple actually Lord Beerus unlike Goku and the other Saiyan's of our Universe as well as the young Saiyan from Universe Six who can go Super Saiyan that isn't actually the true legendary Super Saiyan form the one that was spoken in the Saiyan's legends and Kanba is the Legendary Super Saiyan of Universe six' Whis explained shocking everyone from Universe seven.
'But Whis we had fought against someone like Kanba in our Universe years ago, his name was Broly however he was nowhere near as powerful as Kanba even when he transformed into his most powerfully form' said Goku.
'Yes Goku I am aware of the being known as Broly who was our Universe version of the Legendary Super Saiyan of this era and the reason why Kanba is far stronger then Broly was is simply because unlike Kanba Broly had never trained once in his life just like Frieza while Kanba has trained' Whis explained.
'So this is how strong Broly would have been if he actually trained like a true Saiyan warrior instead of simply relying on the power that he was luckily enough to be chosen for' thought Vegeta.
'So in their Universe I would be called the Legendary Super Saiyan instead of a demonic Saiyan huh that's neat I guess' thought Kanba.
Kanba charges his energy into their right hand and charges forward with an Energy Punch followed by an Energy wave at Vegeta and blast him at the Beerus's panting which destroyed it (That was Bardock's Tyrant Lancer technique) but Vegeta then shouted Big Bang Attack and fired a powerful energy sphere at Kanba but he managed to dodge it as it hit the ground it exploded upon contact and left a huge mushroom cloud.
Kanba in a burst of speed took off straight at Vegeta and he cloaked his right fist with is his green Ki and strikes Vegeta at the side of his face which actually managed to cause him to bleed. (That was Vegito's Savage Strike technique)
'Wait I don't understand how can he be able to fight against Vegeta when he's using that God form so how though!?' Bulma ask curiously.
'Well that's because Kanba is the Legendary Super Saiyan being naturally extremely powerful and to the point where he's able to fight against Vegeta while he's in his Super Saiyan Blue transformation' Whis explained.
Vegeta use a Ki blast to stop himself from hitting the ground and the moment he stop he immediately blast off at Kanba and threw a mass barrage of punches whiles Kanba also try to hit him and the ground began to crack and break apart from the force of their attack's.
Kanba then gave a gut wrenching punch to Vegeta's stomach, making Vegeta cough up blood and with his other hand a ball of green Ki appeared in Kanba's hand and he proceeded to slam the green Ki ball into Vegeta, sending him flying. Appearing behind the airborne Vegeta, Kanba quickly grabbed Vegeta by his shoulders and slammed his right knee into Vegeta's spine and sent him crashing into the ground which caused Vegeta to shout in pain.
Vegeta pick himself after feeling his spine nearly snapping but he refused to give up and he let out a loud yell and he exploded his power out and he quickly started throwing a barrage of Ki blasts at Kanba but Kanba just slapped the Ki balls away not caring wherever they hit.
However that was just a distraction and before Kanba could do anything Vegeta performed one of his signature attacks.
'GALICK GUN!' Vegeta shouted.
Vegeta's attack covered Kanba completely and exploded which rocked the entire arena. Standing in the clear, Vegeta just stood there with a proud smirk 'Hmph! So much for the Legendary Super Saiyan' as Vegeta was about yell for the referee to call the match until he saw the smoke clear revealing Kanba just standing in midair, completely fine but his armour was a bit damage from the blast.
'Nice move you got there I actually felt it a bit' Kanba said before he disappeared and reappeared right in front of Vegeta looking at him straight in the eyes with a ball of dark green Ki in his hand next to Vegeta gut 'But trust me this one your going to feel it'.
Before Vegeta could do anything he was surrounded Vegeta within a sphere of the dark green Ki which electrify him which cause him to scream in pain until it finally ended leaving Vegeta laying on his front with the top half of his clothing now completely gone.
'DAD!' Trunks shouted in worry for his father.
'VEGETA!' Bulma and everyone else from Universe seven shouted in worry for Vegeta.
(It's just like the scene between Jiran and Vegeta when Jiran use Power Impact to do the same thing but the only two difference are that it's Kanba instead of Jiran and hearing his one is green instead of red)
However though great will power Vegeta manage to stay conscious and even able to pick himself back up off the ground.
'Just give up already Vegeta, You can't beat me' Kanba warned in a serious tone.
Vegeta just glared angrily at Kanba and Gritting his teeth, he yelled as he powered up into Super Saiyan Blue once more, shaking the entire arena.
'DO NOT YOU UNDERESTIMATE ME!, I WILL BE THE ONE WHO WILL DEFEAT YOU LEGENDARY SUPER SAIYAN!' Vegeta roared as he prepared his final attack. Spreading his arms Vegeta channelled all his god ki into his attack, big ball's of yellow Ki in both of his hands then Vegeta slammed the two Ki balls together.
Kanba narrowed his eyes in cautious as even though he couldn't sense Vegeta's Ki as he was using God Ki but he fell the power of Vegeta's attack so Kanba began channelling his Ki for his attack as well and Kanba put his right hand to his side and forming a green energy sphere.
The two Saiyan warrior's from two separate Universe glared at each other, they then yelled out the names of their attacks while firing them 'FINAL FLASH!/ FINAL SHINE ATTACK!'.
(Yes I'm giving Kanba Vegeta's final shine attack since he hasn't use it in Dragon Ball Super yet as far I am aware of)
The two powerful attacks met in the middle of the arena and the clash was monstrous, almost everyone who were watching the fight had to take cover except for the God's of Destruction and their attendants.
Seeing their were even Kanba put his left hand to his side and formed a second green energy sphere then he brings his left hand forward and fires a second green energy wave at Vegeta which combined with Kanba's first Final Shine attack blast.
'DOUBLE SHINE ATTACK!' Kanba shouted.
As Kanba unleashed his second attack doubling it's power, he was able to overpower Vegeta's Final Flash, as Vegeta tried to push more power into his attack.
'THIS IS BAD VEGETA IS GETTING PUSHED BACK!' Krillin shouted.
'OH NO VEGETA!' Bulma
'COME ON VEGETA, I KNOW YOU CAN DO IT!' Tarble shouted.
'DAD, COME ON! BEAT THIS GUY!' Trunks shouted.
As much as Vegeta tried to push Kanba's attack back he couldn't and eventually the only part of his Final Flash was left was right in front of him blocking most of the attack 'No no no..' Kanba over powered Vegeta making the Saiyan prince scream out 'Damnnnnnniiiiitttttt' before Kanba's attack finally hit Vegeta causing a large explosion.
When it finally die down everyone saw Vegeta, lying face first on the ground in the middle of the arena, completely knocked out cold.
'VEGETA IS UNABLE TO BATTLE THEREFORE THE WINNER BY KNOCK OUT IS KANBA!' the referee announced.
'Before the next match we have to restore the arena once again so we be having another break' Vados announced.
The Wrathful form
In this story there are two levels of the Wrathful form which are the one that Kanba had used against Vegeta and the other is the full powered version where the user becomes much larger and their hair goes into the Super Saiyan-like but remain black
